Works Great
Exactly what I needed. Fixed my stove myself, no repairman needed. The part did take an extended time to get to me because it was on back order, but it work fine.

Was Easier Than I Thought
The burner switch, on my most used burner, went kaput. Found the right part on your website and ordered it. I then went on YouTube and watched a tutorial on how to replace it. When the part came a few days later, it only took about 10 minutes to exchange the bad part for the new one. Saved myself $$$ by not calling a repairman.

Came fast, easy install.
PartSelect has the best selection of parts for my Whirlpool Range around. The shipping was faster than promised and the part fit perfectly. Love the troubleshooting and installation videos. Tear down and install start to finish took about 20 minutes. I'm cooking with controllable heat once again!

Works Great
My dual element burner, which in this case is a burner that has a 6" element and an 8" element to accommodate a wider range of pot/pan sizes. On several occasions, the element went on high even though the temperature knob was set to medium and the dish burned. This is a very good indicator that the element control switch is faulty. Removed the rear upper metal cover and pulled off the front temp. knob to gain access to the two screws holding the dula element control switch in place. Removed the wiring connector from the rear of the switch and plugged it into the new switch and re-assembled everything. Works like a charm.

The burner in the front left that has two sizes only works when the knob is turned to a specific spot. It seems to only run on high when the spot is hit. Is this the correct part that would fix this issue. All other burners work correctly.
Hello Alex, thank you for writing. Replacing the Dual Infinite Switch may fix the issue, but we will need the model number for the stove to see if this is the correct replacement or which one is. We look forward to hearing back from you.

I have a Whirlpool gas top and the the burner that is a big and small burner together will not turn down, it stays on high, don't know if it is the burner or the switch, please help.
For model number Wfe515s0es0
Hello Craig, thank you for your question. When a burner remains on high and can't be controlled, the most likely issue is the switch. We would recommend replacing PartSelect Number: PS11754687. Good luck with your repair!

My dual burner only sets on hi, does that mean the control switch or burner is bad? Thanks
For model number KERS202bwh0
Hi Walter, thank you for your question. There are a couple of parts that could cause this issue specifically. You will need a multi meter to be able to test the parts. The first part you will want to check is your radiant element. It should be reading between 0 - 120 ohms to be working correctly. The other part to check would be your infinite (or surface burner) switch. When you remove that part from the appliance, connect each probe from your multi meter to the prongs and then turn the switch to an on position. If you get no continuity then the switch is the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
