Replacing broken refrigerator crisper frame.
I followed the video provided by PartsSelect and it was very good with almost every step you take. Pay particular attention to how the demonstrator stands relative to the frame and things will go a bit easier. There is one thing the video fails to do well and that is show you how the metal U-shaped rod is extracted. At best, the close-up
... Read moregives you a clue rather than a sense of what is done and the verbal explanation of what it is you are trying to do with the screwdriver blade is unfortunately not detailed enough. I experimented as best I could with varying degrees of force and various positions but was taken by surprise when the rod suddenly was free and slid half-way out of the old frame. I still am not clear in my own mind what I did to free it, though I have my suspicions ;). Other than that step, the video took me through everything smoothly. One key - save everything from your old frame, you'll need it all!
Center crisper rail broken and crisper frame cracked
No instructions came with the parts, however, on the website where we ordered the parts was a video that walked you through every step. We followed the video and had the repair done in no time.
Repair was a piece of cake. My only wish would have been a little more informed on a few other parts I could have replaced as well. We had to take a few parts from our broken piece to attach to the crisper. It would have been easier if there were some sort of instructions to get the pieces off. We were finally able to get the metal rod off and attach to the new piece. It was rather easy,

original frame cracked
First removed eight parts attached to the original frame (all done by prying loose with a screw driver). Then installed these parts on the new frame prior to mounting the crisper frame in the refrigerator.

Crisper frame and rail were damaged
I removed the glass top and then rail and frame. I had to remove the gaskets from the old frame and put them on the new one. The steel support and the slide mechanisms were difficult to remove. I needed a screwdriver to do this. Some directions would have helped here. It was easier to snap them back into the new frame.

Bin frame is broken. Need a rail. Bin measures 16 x 13 w. This bin is on the top left side of refrigerator. Need the rail for the right side of the bin. Can you help with this part?

My Refrigerator model# is 59668253800, and the crisper fame is broken. I found yours this one is so similar, I want to double check that the width is same or not. Because I measured my frame the width is 28.5'', but yours look like more than 29''. May you help me to double check about that.
