The part was an exact replacement and it actually took more time to empty refrigerator than to remove old part and install new one. Very satisfied with company and the part.

How do i install part number wpw 10594330 in my Whirlpool fridge? I’m having trouble getting the cover off where the part goes.
For model number 596.467934251
Hello Charles, thank you for your question. The little vented insert is removed from the cover, then there are two screws that hold the cover to the back of the fridge. Slowly, and carefully pull the insert out of the cover then the screws will be visible. I hope this helps!

My refrigerator is freezing at the bottom but warm at the top what could be wrong? I’m thinking it’s the evaporator fan motor due to not feeling any air movement in the freezer compartment or refrigeration compartment when the compressor is on.

Which part turns on and off the defrost? I know many fridges have a defrost timer but it appears this is controlled by something else in my model. Is this controlled by the "control" - part wpw10594330 or the electronic control board - part wpw10503278? Thanks
For model number 59669383010
Hello David, thank you for inquiring. If your freezer is not defrosting then you will want to replace the Electronic Control Board part PS11755733 for your model.

There is a buzzing noise for a short time in the area of the evaporator damper before the refridegator kicks on. it does this seveval times over a 5 minute period but doesn't appear to be coming directly from the damper but from behind it? refridgerator works fine other then the noise issue.

The fresh food section is very warm (55+ degrees @ #6) and my freezer way too cold (-10 degrees or lower) @ #1. The top air damper is wide open with cold air in duct yet little or no airflow. Plenty of cold airflow into freezer section. Is this a control panel issue with the defrost cycle? Seems like upper airflow is blocked. Unit runs continuously now. Never did that before.
For model number WRB322DMBW00
Hello Steve, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the control board, part number PS11755733, to solve the problem. It monitors and manages the temperature settings, such as cooling or defrosting times. Glad to be of assistance!
frig not cold, freezer is cold, tripping the circuit several times per day
For model number MBF2258FEZ01
Hello Cherie, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the damper control assembly, part number PS11756642, to solve the problem. A faulty damper control assembly in a refrigerator can cause a circuit breaker to trip and the fresh food section to not cool. We hope this helps!
