Nicer and higher quality than original

I was very pleased that the stove knob fit and was a much better quality than the original .

Great metal part fit perfectly. NOT available from Whirlpool, but you had them. Great experience. ??

New part replaced the old part perfectly.

At first, I was a little taken aback at the cost of this knob. I was expecting a plastic piece like the one I had that broke after only three year's use on my gas range. This replacement.(which matches perfectly), however, is a sturdy and well-designed metal piece that appears to be so well-constructed that i am contemplating going ahead and replacing all my range knobs. It is rare that anyone exceeds my expectations, but you did it.

Part matched old ones exactly.

our stove top had a couple of issue with its knobs. one got slightly burnt and anotther the knob was stripped. on a previous time we went to the manufactures sight and picked out the knob based on its physical appearance. they had 2 choices. one was cheap another more expensive. we chose the more expensive one. The appearance was exactly the same. However, when the knobs arrived the offset of the hole (the slant that makes it grab the post) was in a different position than our stove. The result being instead of the arrow pointing to off, it pointed to the Light position. This didn't mean we couldn't use the knobs, just that they no longer pointed to the original. this time when ordering we used your service. The lady was VERY patient while we struggled to find the part number. The number was etched on the bottom side of the knob. But, it was in print so small as to be microscopic. We had already packed our magnifying glass and struggled to read the tiny, tiny numbers. Eventually by using a bright flashlight and holding the knob close to our eye in an offset manner we were able to read enough of the many digiits so that your operator could locate the part among the many hundreds the company had for this knob. On arrival, I opened the package, removed the old knobs and slipped the new ones into place. It was like magic. The knobs slid on correctly, pointed to the OFF position and worked perfectly. I could not have found these knobs without the aide of your very patient staff worker. thank you so much, we were able to sell our home and did not have to see disappointment in the face of the new owners when they looked at the stove top and it looked as good as new.

The knob for our gas cooktop matched perfectly and fit just right

The knobs I ordered seem to be better quality than the ones that came on the cooktop. Delivery was quick. I’m very pleased!
