The 3 on the touch pad does not work, it is like it is dead.

Hello, I have a problem with the control panel. The functions Bake, 1,2,3 and Off do not operate. I must press Steam Bake and 4 to be able to use the stove and disconnect the breaker to stop the fan. The problem was disapearing one day and reappearing after a while. I called Kitchenaid for the service and they replaced the control panel .The day they replaced the control panel everything was working fine but they replaced the control panel anyway. It worked for one month and they came to replace the same part twice and a junction connector without success. Could the problem be with another electronic part in the stove. Please, help me.

After a pot boiled over on cooktop oven control display stopping lighting up and oven stopped working. When I touch ‘cancel’ hear a beep but thats only response. Nothing else responds including bake, oven light, downdraft, etc. looks dry inside and have rebooted several times. What do you recommend? Not sure if problem touchpad or circuit boat

I have replace part # 11100515 and I have no signal on front panel. The only key on the touch screen making noose in the clock.

Hi; my range oven does not work at all; i can hear the beeps in the upper control panel; but oven does not execute ay command; a local technician is telling me that i need to replace the main board that control the oven range.
