Upgrade or replace your broken oven part with the genuine Inner Door Glass from Whirlpool. This heat-resistant inner glass panel is designed for wall ovens, promising a perfect fit with its specific dimension of 24 1/2 inches by 15 1/8 inches. Not only does it provide insulation, but also ensures full visibility into your oven while cooking. The installation requires utmost caution as the oven door is heavy ? getting an extra pair of hands for safe lifting is recommended. This product is ideally matched with several models of Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Inglis, and Magic Chef stoves, ovens, and ranges. Confirm your model compatibility to ensure optimal performance.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

Inner door glass EXPLODED while preheating!
Easy peasy. After using the shop vac to remove the glass fragments, 8 Phillips head screws were all that I had to remove. The schematic on this website was close enough, but I recommend taking pictures as you disassemble.
Caveat: I took it apart several days before I got the part, so I had plenty of time for my forgetter to wo

How do I remove the inner oven glass on the top oven?
For model number mew7630ab00
Hello John,
Thanks for your question. Unplug the oven. Open the door. Rotate both hinge locks back. Partially close the door, then lift and remove the door. Set the door on a secure surface, handle-side down, and use a screwdriver to unscrew the 4 screws securing the inner door frame to the outer door. Lift the frame and remove it. Lift out the old inner door glass and replace it by putting the engraved "UP" notations to be visible to you. Reverse the procedure to reinstall the door.
I hope this helps.
