Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This genuine OEM drain pump is designed for washing machines. It is responsible for removing the wastewater from the machine during the drain cycle. The drain pump works by creating suction to draw water out of the tub and push it out through the drain hose. Signs of a faulty drain pump include the washer failing to drain water properly, leaving clothes wet at the end of the cycle, or loud, unusual noises during the drain cycle, such as grinding or humming sounds. Additionally, if the drain pump is visibly damaged, or leaking, then it likely needs to be replaced. You can find the drain pump located at the bottom of the washing machine.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.
Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".

Pump replacement
My husband isn’t a handy man but installing a new water pump took just minutes. I called the parts dept and talked to a very informative lady and ordered the part. It’s so nice to have damp clothes to put in the dryer and don’t have to wring out wet ones.
Thank you PartSelect for all you help.

My Admiral washer fills up with water and I can hear it agitate, but when it gets to the spin cycle I hear no spinning and does not drain. Please help!
For model number ATW4675YQ1
Hi Joseph, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Lid Latch Assembly, PartSelect Number: PS3497627. If the switch is defective it will not allow the appliance to go into spin and drain. To test the switch, first and foremost disconnect your water and the power from your appliance before starting. Locate where your switch actually fits on to your appliance and place a magnet between them. Now there will be a magnetic connection between the lid switch and solenoid. After you do that, put the lid of the washer back on and turn on the appliance. If the appliance turns off, disconnect power once more and reposition the magnet. Caution. If you are at all uncomfortable with doing something like this, I would strongly suggest contacting a repair technician to come and help you. I hope this helps.

Washer will not drain
For model number ntw4516fw
Hello Joan, thank you for writing. For this symptom you will want to consider either the Water Pump, the Washer Drive Pulley, or the Agitator Repair Kit. The model number you provided is partial with multiple variations using some different parts. We will need the rest of the model number to look into the correct replacements. The missing information is a number at the end of what you provided.
