My range bake element blew apart and actually welded itself to the oven bottom. I bought new element (OEM part).
Now my bake and broil elements will not reach desired temp. There are no active fault codes, but when I run it in Automatic test mode, it gives me: 0 FAILURES AND 2 FAULTS ( yet when i scroll to faults it says no faults?)

Circuit control board failure? Can only imagine the power surge when the element welded itself!
I have disconnected the power source several times for several minutes and retested. Same results.
Also tested temp sensor 1070 ohms at room temp. and the overheat fuse (has continuity)
Any advice would be much appreciated! $400+ for a new board!

Thank you for your question. The F2-E1 error code indicates that there is a connection issue between the touchpad and the control board. Check the connections to make sure that they are secure. If they are, press the cancel button and wait 60 seconds. If the code returns, you will need to replace the touch panel. The F1-E1 error code indicates an issue with the electronic control board and the wiring connected to it. To remove the code, turn the circuit breaker off for one minute. Then turn it back on and wait one minute to see if the error code returns. If the code reappears, the issue is with the electronic control board or the wiring attached to it. You will need to check the parts for continuity to see which one is causing the issue. You can do a visual inspection of the board also for signs of damage, wear or burn marks. My oven when preheating on the single rack mode, continues to rise in temperature after reaching the set temp, until it burns the food on the top. When on standard (multi rack) mode, it works properly. Is it the controller?
