We have part #w10890667 and need help getting the drain pan out. We realize that you have to tilt the fridge back but can you send a video or at least a few tips?
For model number WRT3L1SZYW00
Hi Libby,
Thank you for your inquiry. To remove the drip pan you will have to pull the refrigerator out fro the wall and remove the rear cover at the bottom of the refrigerator and then remove the condenser fan. You will then need to tilt the refrigerator back. The pan will be bolted to the bottom of the refrigerator. Remove the bolts and then remove the bolt for the rear base of the refrigerator. This will allow you to slide the drain pan out and slide the new one in. Once in, bolt the new one to the bottom of the refrigerator and reinstall all other parts. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
