The part was just what I needed to get my refrigerator back in perfect working order. Part came quickly & I was extremely happy with how easy it was to install.

It took awhile to remove the parts from the shelf and install on the new one.

Part arrive ahead of schedule and fit perfectly. Great value!

For some reason, my 17 year old refrigerator didn't show up in their online database, but a customer service representative tracked down my part. It arrived promptly and was a good fit. The only caution is that one needs to be sure that he or she is ordering everything that is needed. I assumed that the glass top did not come with this part (I didn't need it), but I did assume that the two rubber seals, slide mechanism (two parts) and wheels with screws were included. They were not. Live and learn. Fortunately I was able to pry the needed parts off of the old rack which fortunately I had not disposed of. I was only missing one wheel and screw which I'm currently doing without but might get later. Best to order everything at once to avoid multiple shipping charges. Overall, a positive experience.
