it is draining nonstop
For model number WTW4855HW3
Hi Steven, Thank you for asking. There are a few things that could cause this issue. First we suggest resetting the appliance. Unplug your washer and shut off the water supply and then turn the water supply back on and plug the appliance back in. We also suggest checking the drain hose and pump for an obstruction. Make sure that the house drain pipe is at least 30 inches high. If so, check to make sure the drain hose is not pushed too far down into the drain. No more than 5 to 7 inches of the drain hose should be down into the drain pipe. We hope this helps!

Machine is apparently leaking around the drain pump seal. Is the seal available for purchase separately from the pump. The pump works fine, just a leak around the seal.

I can hear it start but no water fills

Pump seems to be running non-stop. Water starts to fill, but runs right out, which prevents the machine from cycling past auto-fill. What's happening?
