The part was exactly as represented and a factory piece, not aftermarket. But much to my dismay, Whirlpool made the part in China. For the price charged I can deal with it being plastic but it should have been made in America. At the price charged there is no reason to be made in China.

Are leveling feet in a set of 4 or are they individual when ordering replacement parts?

Hi.. i purchased this dryer used but it came without leveling feet. the dryer is sitting level right now, so i was wondering if the leveling feet are absolutely necessary? if so, is part #ps11770254 a set of 4 leveling feet? there is no picture so i'm not sure if this is the correct part to order to receive 4 feet. thanks, donna

We do recommend having this part installed on your unit as it helps prevent damage to the sheet metal on the bottom of your unit caused by wear and tare from the unit vibrating when it is in use. The sheet metal can become scratched or damaged if it is scraping against the floor as your unit runs through a cycle. We hope this helps! Best Regards.
