The display on the microwave flickers and not all segments light. It is the second digit from the right, the 10's of seconds. Is there a fix for this? Resistor change or a display change? I've only had this microwave for just over a year. Is this common?

when time is up on the timer, there is no audio (buzzer) also no audio when setting cook time or heat level. Is the control board the problem?

Hi David, thank you for getting in touch. We believe your microwave is having this problem because of the faulty buzzer. The buzzer does not come separately. It comes as a part of the control board, part number PS12299300. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

How hard is it to replace control board PS12299300?

Hello Paul, Thank you for contacting us. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so. You would start by removing the top vent grille by undoing the screws that hold it on. Then you should be able to undo the screw that holds the control panel assembly onto the microwave then lift it up and off. Make note of the wiring connections, then undo them from the control board. Undo the screws that hold the board to the panel, lift the board out and unplug the control panel harness. Align and replace the board then reverse the process to put the control panel back on. Good luck with your repair.
Digital light flickers. Is there a individual part to replace digital readout without replacing complete circuit board. It looks like you could just remove part from board and replace if it is available. Microwave is only 20 months old

My clock on my microwave oven is flashing. Should I replace the Black Control Panel PS16542323 and does it come with the Control Board PS12299300 ? It seems like replacing the Control Board if it comes with the Control Panel would be a lot easier than just buying the Control Panel by itself and a lot cheaper.
