Why it won't continue the spin cycle? It will spin for a couple of minutes but it won't finish the spin cycle and it will rinse back again. Washer is on a flat surface and balanced.
For model number MVWB835DW0
Hello Rubrick, thank you for contacting us. A clogged drain pump filter can prevent the washer from spinning properly. Check and clean the filter if necessary. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged, which can prevent the washer from draining and spinning properly. The lid switch must be functioning properly for the spin cycle to work. If the lid switch or the lid lock assembly, part number PS11722981, is faulty, the washer may not spin. We hope this information helps!
Hello John, thank you for getting in touch. The suspension rods kit, part number PS12347543, does contain all four rods. We hope this helps.

Hi, my Maytag makes a grinding sound during spin cycle, and becomes more high pitched the faster it goes. Will this suspension kit resolve this issue. Again it only makes the sound during sensing or spin cycle. Not during agitation.
For model number MVWB835DW4
Hi John, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, the issue is not with the suspension kit. We would suggest checking the tub bearing for any damage first. If they are fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS11738156. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
