My washer, mvwc565fw1, is a big brick. No power, no lights, no nothing. Electrical outlet is good and cord is good, so is this issue likely the control board?

Washer will not change cycle. Only makes it to washer and will move to next cycle. Is the shift selector not functioning properly?
For model number mvwc565fw1
Hi Matthew, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we would recommend checking that the drain hose is not clogged, kinked, or blocked. If the issue still persists, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS12347924. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
