Dishwasher Electronic Control Board Specifications
This part is the replacement electronic control board for your dishwasher. The control board is found on the control panel, and it monitors the temperature and settings of your dishwasher. If the touchpad will not respond, your dishwasher will not start, or you are having difficulty controlling your dishwasher's settings, you may have an issue with the electronic control board. Be sure to disconnect power from your dishwasher before you begin this repair. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

CONTROL BOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED
THE PART WE RECIEVED WAS THE CORRECT PART FOR THE JOB IT MATCHED THE CONTROL BOARD THAT WAS BAD. JOB WENT WELL THE ONLY DIFFICULT PART WAS THE 6 LITTLE TABS HOLDING THE CONTROL BOARD IN PLACE; AFTER RELEASING TWO ON ONE END THEY WOULD CLICK BACK IN PLACE WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO RELEASE ANOTHER, WE EVENTUALLY GOT THE OLD PART OUT AND IT WAS SMOOTH SAILING TO THE END OF THE REPAIR. THE DISHWASHER WORKS GREAT AGAIN!

Dishwasher now working like new
The part came fast and worked well. I really hate washing dishes by hand it just never seems to be done. The part was easy to install I was able to do it myself with a little help from YouTube video .The only thing I found was the fuse does not come with the board. That would have been nice to know and the website did not make that clear. But over all it was a favorable experience. Denise

Wrong Part for the problem of DW not starting
The CNTRL-ELEC was the wrong part for the problem of the dish washer not starting. The problem turned out to be a faulty control panel that contains the "start" push buttons. I tried testing other parts as recommended, but a better triage would have helped me before I bought this part. I could have purchased the correct part. Couldn't return the part either since it was opened. I ended up using a professional repairman to fix the problem. At least I tried!

The dishwasher will not run. I can't get any of the lights to come on when selected on the touch screen on the "cycles" side but can get all of the lights to come when selected on the "options" side of the touch screen. I had replaced the electrical control panel a year or so ago. Could it be the same thing again?
For model number MDB87749AWB1
Hello Randy, Thank you for the question. The most common issue for this would be a defective Control Board. I also suggest checking the wiring to make sure everything is securely plugged in and not lose or damaged. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Buttons light up when pushed, but won't start
For model number MDB7749AWQ1
Hello Zana, thank you for contacting us. We recommend that you check the touchpad & control panel, part number PS11723001, and the electronic control board, PS12349161, to isolate your problem. We look forward to hearing from you if you need assistance with placing an order through our 7-days-a-week customer service. We hope this helps!
I am having issues with the dishwasher tripping the circuit breaker. I have replaced the heater unit and the motor was replaced about a year ago. I don't see a transient voltage suppressor in the part list, but there is a capacitor.
Is tripping the circuit more likely caused by a faulty capacitor, the control panel or something else?
For model number MDB7749AWB2
Hello Neal, thank you for contacting us. A shorted capacitor, part number PS11753080, has the potential to trip the breaker. Also, please check the door latch assembly, part number PS11754317, the pump assembly, part number PS11703504, and the drain pump, part number PS11753379. When any of these parts is shorted, the dishwasher can trip the breaker. Customer service is available seven days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
Clean light flashing 7 times, pulled circuit board to check for discoloration on back by K2 relay & Yellow heat cable plug but all areas look fine. cancel/drain works, but nothing else does. Our Santi dry circuit has not worked for a few weeks now (dishes stay wet when completed) so could both problems be related to a bad heating element? Thank you for response.
For model number DU1345XTVQ4
Hello Bob, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, clean light flashing 7 times means that the dishwasher is failing to heat the water in an allotted time. We would recommend replacing the heating element, part number PS8260087, to fix these issues. We hope this solves your problem!
I can't get the dishwasher to turn on . Sometimes I do a reset. All the lights work except start and cancel. If I keep turning the breaker on and off I can get it to work sometimes. Wondering if that might be the front panel or control box. Maybe even the fuse
For model number MDB7749AWM1
Hello Fred,
Thank you for writing in. Our research has found, part number PS2360984, the Bi-Metal Fuse is the most like;y culprit. We hope this helps.
