My problem is the cost. Because I am old, I could not read the model number. So my grandson did the ordering. I did not ask him what the cost was. I had ordered a knob, that did not fit, which cost $13. I assumed the knob ordered from you would be a similar amount but I was wrong. The charge on my credit card for your knob was $56.
I've learned never to do business with your company again.

One of the knobs was wrapped in thin aluminum foil which peeled off when i cleaned it. Is this normal and are the knobs guaranteed?

If you purchase a part from us, we provide all of our parts with a one year warranty.
