Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
The electronic control board is a critical component in modern ranges, responsible for regulating oven functions, temperature settings, and overall operation. It acts as the central command center, processing user inputs and sending signals to control the heating elements. If your oven is experiencing temperature inconsistencies, failing to turn on, or displaying error codes, a malfunctioning control board could be the issue. Replacing this part can restore proper oven functionality. Before installation, always disconnect the power supply to prevent electrical hazards. Ensure compatibility with your appliance model before purchasing.

When oven is used on convection bake, the temperature exceeds the setting, and burns whatever is in the chamber. Is a new electronic control a possible fix? The thermostat and heat control check out ok.

Hi Warren, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS11726314. If this is fine, we suggest inspecting the bake element, part number PS11703285. Replace this part if it is faulty. If this does not solve your problem, the electronic control board, part number PS12704743, is probably faulty and needs to be replaced. We hope that helps!

For model number wfe770h0fz2
Hello Carrol, thank you for the question. According to our research, you may need to replace the broil element, part number PS12711787, to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
Broiler and bake element will not come on. Stove top works fully. Convection burner works fully. 120vac at broiler and bake element at test. Had ocerheat code F6E1 (replace mrc control) . Resistance on three elements is 17ohms as per spec
Checked small thermal fuse for continuity it is good. Should I have 220vac at broil and bake when switched on? I here relays click but it looks like a second common relay for L2 (DLB(k1) on schematic has to switch for 220vac? Is it likely my control (mrc)has gone bad? I dont want to spend 500 if i dont have to.

Hi Blair, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, we would suggest checking the temperature sensor, part number PS11726314, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced.
