My washer turns on and the door latches but it won’t start. It eventually gives me an error code of F6 E3. I tried to unplug it and make sure the latch was good. It still gave me the error codes
For model number MHW5630HW0

Hello Kristi, thank you for reaching out. The error code F6E3 indicates a problem with the appliance control unit, user interface, or the associated wiring. We would recommend making sure that the wire harness between the control panel assembly and the main control board is intact. If the problem persists, then you may need to check the control panel assembly, part number PS12711595, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!

My washer started giving me a f5 E3. I unplugged the unit and reset to unlock the door. The door unlocked and I started a new cycle. Immediately gave a code f5 e2. I hear the lock click multiple times before the error code. Would his be the lock or the control panel?
For model number MHW5630HW0

Hi James, Thank you for writing. A "F5 E3" error code indicates that the door is not locking properly, meaning the door latch is malfunctioning. We hope this helps!

The center knob was broken off and the panel on the right flashes random numbers, beeps, and is basically "freaking out." Slipping the knob back into place stops all that, but there is no response from anything on the right side. My question is, can the knob itself be replaced, or is replacement of the entire module required?
