Does the control box come with everything outlined in number 14 ie the control thermostat wiring harness cover?

Does the control box control the temp/freezing for the freezer? I ordered and replaced the evap fan and motor but the freezer still not freezing.

My fridge randomly shuts off There is no power going to the LED or the Control Box (W11353813). The temperature control does not lit up nor the compressor runs. I unplugged it for around 10 20 mins and turned it back on, then it worked again.
I checked the relay and it looked fine. My fridge is only close to 5 yrs old. So I am not sure what is going on. Is the control board going bad?

My 3-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator started freezing items in the refrigerator section. I replaced the thermistor to correct that problem. Then the refrigerator & freezer sections became warmer with the frig section staying at about 50 degrees & the freezer section staying at about 32 degrees so I replaced the capacitor. Now both sections are getting warmer even though the controls are set on maximum cool. What should I do next to correct this? Thank-you.

The Thermistor senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. If that does not help, we would recommend checking the Evaporator Fan Motor, part number PS11740359.
