I ordered a shelf for my freezer and the box came it seemed vey light. When I opened it much to my suprise the box was empty now the shelf is on backorder, sad sad sad!!!

Hello! In one of your answers, you state that the shelf measures 13" x 20" for this model of freezer.
However, I just measured the 2 shelves currently set up in my freezer. They are both 21.5" wide (end to end, including the "frame"); the deeper shelf measures 14" and the less deep one measures 10.5".
It doesn't sound like this shelf will fit because it does not have the same measurements as the ones in my freezer. Please let me know which shelf (shelves) I should order for this model number freezer FFFU13F2VW. Thank you!

Hello Pierrette, Thank you for the question. The two upper shelves PartSelect Number PS12728943 are About 20"X13". This is an estimate since the manufacture has not provided the dimensions and we are going off a 1"grid in a picture. We can however guarantee this shelf will fit the upper two spots in your freezer as we go by the model number of the appliance and not dimensions since they are only estimated.
