The start button is not responding, can't start a wash cycle. I tried to connect using the SmartHQ app but it's not connecting either. Is this a control board issue?

When I plug machine in light flashes but it does not stay on. Would that require a replaceable part of board or complete board?

Washer does not wash at full potential
And randomly only works on different load selections / type (big main nob)only does what it wants when it wants

My power button will not turn on machine nor will the start button can this be the same board

Hello Annetta, thanks for asking us! We recommend checking the connection to the outlet first, before replacing the User Interface and Control Board. Check the power cord, wiring harnesses and the lid latches. Some machines will not turn on if the lid lock is malfunctioning. If all those parts are in good working order, it could be that your buttons on the interface are not working, or the board underneath them is not responding to the button. The controls light up for a second then go out. it will work ok sometimes, then not at all. sometimes it will cut off in the middle of a cycle. recommendations ???
