How to remove deli draw from shelf
For model number FFTR1835VW
Hello Jimmy, Thank you for the question. You will need to pull the drawer all the way out while tipping the front upwards to release the drawer from the rails to remove. We hope this helps!

Both right and left rails for the deli drawer are broken. I do not see replacements for the two parts.

Hi Ann, thank you for contacting us. The left and right deli drawer rails for your model do not come separately. They come attached with the deli drawer carriage, part number PS12731467. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
