I need new drawers with the frame that fits the shelf, or just the frame at least

The drawer frame is part number PS12744049. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so!
Can this crisper cover be substituted for one old model that's out of stock. I have this broken part in a perfectly working old model GE(tbx18cixprww) have sent back the wire rack(not needed) and have a cover from parts direct that is too small (waiting to return). Can i get the dimensions of the cover be fore i order it?
