You helped me find the part numbers that I may need. The dishwasher had lit up 3 of the small marks above 'sanitized' for two washings. The next time no lights would come on. We took the door off and found that there is power to the control box. We plugged the electric back in and we didn't hear the drain pump. According to a video that tells us that the control board is bad. Is this true? If it is, is there a way to test the user interface? It is great that you answer questions!

Hello Carolyn, Thank you for reaching out again. Yes, this would normally indicate the Control Board is defective. Only way to test the Board is to check to see if 120 Vac is going to and from the board. This can be checked with a multimeter. We hope this helps!
