Water level is the same on small or large
For model number Gtw330ask4ww
Hi Wayne,
Thank you for your question. If the water level is the same on either the small or large option, the issue likely either the switches or the electronic control board and you will need to check the parts to see which one is causing the issue. You may check the switches with a multimeter. For the electronic control board you will need to do a visual inspection for signs of damage and wear as well as for signs of burn or scorch marks. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi, our washer will pump water twice and stop, it won’t continue to fill. I have checked all hoses, etc. even replaced the water inlet valve to be sure it wasn’t that. I was wondering if the next step should be the selector switches? Thank you

Hi Amanda, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description, the issue is with the control board, part number PS16874148. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace the control board to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Hello Bill, thank you for reaching out. Your model does not have a water level switch. The main control board, part number PS17626555, manages the water level in your model. We hope this is helpful!
Hello Brian, thank you for reaching out. Ensure that the water supply faucets behind the washer are turned on and that the hoses are not kinked or blocked. Also, check the lid switch, if the lid is not closed properly, the washer won't fill. Ensure the lid is closed and the lid switch is functioning correctly. If these are not the cause, the water inlet valve might be faulty, preventing water from entering the washer. You may need to replace the valve. The part number is PS12726768. We hope this solves your problem!
