Wires going to the fan motor is only putting out 10.67 volts when the motor is unplugged. Fan motor works when 12 volts is applied to it. What is not letting the full 12 volts reach the fan motor?

Hello Bryan, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the wires for damage. If the wires are not at fault, then you may need to check the control board, part number PS12710417. It is responsible for supplying the respective voltage to the evaporator fan motor. Glad to be of assistance!
