Try resetting the microwave by unplugging it from from the electrical outlet for a few minutes. There may be a glitch with the electronic control board and resetting it may remove the code. If the code reappears, check for a blockage inside the microwave. A blockage can prevent air from circulating and may cause the error code. Check and see if there are any obstructions in the ovens fans and clean them if any obstructions are present. If there are no obstructions, check the microwave for signs damage that may cause this error and replace any parts if there is damage present. We hope this helps!
