We have water leaking into the tub after not using the washer for a couple of days. Is this the right valve that controls the water intake?

E11 error code question. When running my washing machine through its diagnostic test, everything gets water all dispensers get water the rinse and spin cycle work but when I get to number six on diagnostic, the tub is supposed to fill with water and it does not. That’s the only time it doesn’t fill with water but gets water any other time would it still be the inlet valve or the pressure switch or something else I have plenty of water pressure at the inlet. When turning on washer I can hear the pump draining any remaining water once it stops I can hear what sounds like the water valve opening but no water. After about 30 seconds machine shuts off and E11 error code shows in display.

Hi Joe, thank you for your question! Check the water valve inlet screens. The screens prevent minerals from clogging the solenoid. With the hoses removed, you can visually inspect the water inlet screens. If the water valve screens are clear, check the water inlet valve and pressure switch continuity using a multimeter. If both are fine, we would recommend replacing the electronic control board, part number PS12705782. Good luck with the repair!
My washer gets a E11 code and the door locks up, when I was on Warm or Hot water, I can wash on COLD with no problems

Glad to hear from you. The E11 error code indicates that the washer is not filling with water during the wash phase of the cycle. Check that the hoses are firmly connected to the water supply and that the taps are completely open when doing a wash cycle. To reset the washer, unplug it for 1 minute and when you plug it back in, wait 20 minutes and the issue should be resolved. If the error code comes back, then the issue is with the electronic control board and it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Washing machines sometimes fills and sometimes doesn't. I think it only works with hot water.

The fabric softener gets no water flow. The detergent cups, and bleach all have good water flow but not a drop for the fabric softener. I am thinking it is the valve or the conveyer?

My washing machine is not getting water once the start cycle is pressed. I can here the valve click on but there seems to be no water flow. It clicks on a second time them then shuts off. At one point the the drum moved for a sec but then it shuts off. I removed both water hoses and cleaned the intake screens of debris and tried again but to no avail. I have lots of water flow. The water however is definitely not going into the machine. Could this be the Pressure switch, Flow meter, or the Flow control valve where the water come in?
