Do I have to remove the housing in order to remove / replace the freezer light - part # PS16731134? If so, do I need to remove the door switch to remove the housing? Refrigerator/Freezer model KRFC300EWH03

Hello Richard, thank you for your inquiry. After removing the cover, use a putty knife and depress the holding tabs. Then pry out the module. Disconnect the wires and install the new light. We hope this helps!
