Hello Louis, thank you for getting in touch. The filter is located behind the front panel, it requires access from the back. The pump and filter are located underneath the back panel, secured by screws. Remove the screws on the access panel. Once the panel is off, we access the inside bottom of the washer, where the pump and filter are located. A pan is placed underneath to catch any water that might spill, after removing the filter. Turn the filter counterclockwise, to remove it. If water starts filling the pan, tight the filter to pause the flow. Empty the pan, and repeat the process until the drain is emptied. If the filter is cracked, or damaged, replace it. We hope this helps.
