I had called our local repair man because our new appliance kept freezing up buckets of ice in the freezer, and I mean mountains! Then the fridge would heat up and spoil the food. He ran all kinds of tests. He could not fix it. We hated our fridge /freezer for 7 years. Kept ruining food. One day I realized the gasket in the freezer was missing.The website was awesome, it guided me to the correct gasket for my model. I ordered it, it came, and it has been fixed ever since. So happy with the gasket and especially the website which easily guided me to the correct part. Forever thankful.

I am happy to save money not having a service person come and do this repair. It was easier once the bottom freezer door was removed, sit it on the dining table to put the gasket on. I'm glad to find your site and deciding to do the repair myself.

This freezer door gasket stopped the excessive frost issues in our Electrolux refrigerator/freezer. We did have to learn the "trick" to install it. After removing the old gasket and starting to install the new one, we learned that we had to firmly press the flange of the gasket into the freezer door groove with a thin but blunt device while lifting the opposite corner of the gasket "up and out" a bit. It takes a bit of patience to install it correctly, but definitely eliminates excessive frost and ice bin thaw/refreeze issues.

First, I want to say thank you to the customer service rep who helped me when I ordered the wrong size gasket. He was very helpful and made sure I got the correct size. Return was a snap and the new part fits perfectly. It's a very easy fix and sure beats spending $1000+ on a new refrigerator when all I needed was new gaskets (also replace the door ones). Again, thank you!

Ordered this replacement freezer gasket and it arrived in several days. Shipped in a non-restrictive manner in a large box which maintained the square shape. There was some fitting and re-fitting required during the installation but it was successful and the new gasket appears to have solved the icing problem we were having as the door now seals tightly.

Shipping took a few days longer than expected but great price and product. Easy to install ?? thank you
