Lower oven will not heat. Press bake, then start, and it keeps reading 'rapid preheat for single rack press start to preheat for multi rack backing' and 'rapid preheating' but never gets warm. The top oven works fine. Not sure what the options for fixing are.
For model number WGG555S0BB01
Hi Ed,
Thank you for your question. If the lower oven will not heat, you will need to check the bake igniter and the temperature sensor to see which part is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

None of my gas burners on top will ignite, which part do i need?
For model number MGR6775ADQ
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your inquiry. With an issue like that, I would suggest taking a look at this part (your spark module) and the spark ignitor switches as well. You should test both parts to see if they are malfunctioning. I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.
Hi Steve,
Thank you for the question. Normally when none of the top burners spark you will need to replace the Spark Module.
Hope this helps!

Hello Gary, Thank you for the question. You will need to remove the back panel of the appliance and it is normally at the back right corner just behind the panel. Hope this helps!

When I press bake there is a glow but the oven won't heat. Is it the igniter? The broiler heats though
For model number AGR5715QDS
Hello Scott, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Igniter. A weak igniter will still glow but not have enough power to open the valve and light the gas. The oven ignitor should have a resistance reading of 3.2 to 3.6 ohms. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
When I clean my stove top The Igniter's wont spark for days?
The Maintenance guy said he replace a module? That can't be true because I have a lock on my door that Maintenance doesn't have a key to !
HELP
For model number PGR4410CDW
Hello Paul, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, the issue is most probably with the spark module, part number PS2094592. It controls the spark for lighting the surface burners. If this is not being replaced, we would suggest replacing it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
My oven stopped heating up, but the range works perfect. When I push bake, nothing happens - no glow, no click, nothing.
I changed out the ignitor; no change.
I tested the ohms on the temperature sensor and it was between 1000 and 1100. I tested the ohms on the safety value, and it was 1.1, I believe. I switched out the control panel, and there was absolutely no change.
Please help.

Last night we used the oven it worked fine today the top burners only work it is a gas model.
For model number MGRH865QDS1
Hi Douglas, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your igniters with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 1100 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
