Radiant Bridge Element WB30T10140

This is more of a review of Parts Select than the radiant bridge burner that we purchased. The first bridge burner came in with 2 cracks in the ceramic frame. When we called Parts Select, Kimberly quickly and efficiently addressed our issue. A new burner arrived in a day or two and we were promptly credited. This second burner, however, arrived with 3 cracks! We called again and again our issue was quickly and efficiently addressed. I told this representative that I wasn't surprised that it arrived cracked as it did not seem to be either secured or cushioned in either of the mailings. She reached out to shipping to see if they could better secure the burner before shipment. The burner arrived better secured and in tact and again, service was excellent. The burner definitely needed 2 people to install it and the removal of the wires from the original burner were stubborn to release, but 30 minutes later, the stove top is operational. I have used Parts Select in the past and highly recommend them for price, readily available stock and now I can also attest to EXCELLENT service!

The part(radiant bridge) was the exact match and easy to install, works great.

The biggest challenge is getting to the interior cooling coils. Very simple to place and fit the part.

We are now on our second order of this part and this is the second one that has come damaged. The element is placed in a box with no padding, no bubble wrap foam or anything to protect it, so it gets banged around during shipping. This is not a cheap part and we are absolutely disgusted at this point and have been without the full use of our stove for weeks. Unless they change the packaging on these items this will continue to happen. Only gave this one star because it doesnt allow to do none.

Horrible packaging, this was the second time we received this element in similar packaging it it just in plastic wrap placed in a box, no foam, no bubble wrap nothing to protect it, our first one was smashed and this one also had similar damage, will not purchase again we will go somewhere else because in the meantime our stove is out of service.
