Is the Parts Select replacement for this oven rack made of stainless steel (shiny silver) or powder coated self cleaning (black)?

The oven racks that came with the stove seem to be super tight & hard to get in & out. I have a double oven. Which racks should I be looking to order? Thank you.

Rack is hard to pull out and push ii even without anything on it. Would a new rack help solve the problem?

Top oven rack does not slide all the way in. Often cannot close oven door completely.
