Partselect customer service was great to work with. After receiving incorrect part, they quickly corrected order and resent the correct part. Would definitely order from them again.

’m writing a review contrary to the one that is posted. It is wrong and almost caused me to cancel my order. The whole shelf replacement took 10 minutes and second set of hands at the end. The glass is exactly the correct size for the frame. What the other person didn’t see is two small retaining tabs underneath (about a 1/16 of an inch deep) that if you gently ease open with a flathead screw driver the other person pushes the glass down and it drops right in. Fridge looks like new, glad i took it on. I got the shelf, a new gasket and two new crisper drawers. Transferred the slide vents from the old one to the new one. 10 minutes start to finish.

Replace the broken frame with the exact replacement - fit like a glove

Was exactly what we needed. Didn't have a couple of stickers for the crisper slide (direction to slide for more or less crisp) but everything works great

All as ordered.

There's not much to say but they were easy to work with and Im a happy customer.
