Unless something is done to correct this ASAP I will not order from here again and will let others know of my experience. Last tracking information was on 5/24, this is now 6/11. I have attempted to contact customer service and, as of today, have not received a response.ONE STAR is as low as this system will let me post. Negative Stars should be added.

Burner shorted out
Pulled burner out of socket and pushed new burner into socket. Took less than a minute.

Part of the coil on the burner broke
This one is a really easy fix as I only had to plug the burner element into the slot. I was very pleased with the speed of the order and would order again if I need parts.
