Too many items places on the door shelf causing the support bar to break off.
Put two new end caps on the bar and then snapped the whole unit onto the door. Took longer to get the parts out of the mailing envelope then it took to repair the shelf.

Door shelf fell off because the end caps were broken.
I replaced the two end caps to the shelf, attached the shelf (via snap clamp) and that was that. A very easy repair.

end caps broke causing brace to come out
This was a very easy repair. It did not require any tools.

The thing I appreciate most about "PartSelect" is that they included pictures. Had it not been for the picture I would have chosen the wrong part. That is, there were two types of the part I wanted which looked very similar except on close inspection.

Looking for white shelf clips that hold retaining bar in place on frig door.Lower door. Not freezer door.

Hello, we need door clips for both shelves in our refrigerator (not freezer). The only model number i was able to see is ctx18elg, so i am wondering which of the two sets you have listed would work for us. Thanks!
