Wrong part shipped
Repair was not done using th part shipped. We went with the guide of the parts on the refrigerator. It would have helped if we could communicate (email or verbally)( with your parts center to verify the part we were ordering or on how to install it. We could wait for few days for a response. I am still waiating for instructions to return the part. It was a futile effort on both sides.

Your response would have helped tremendously..The picture was not adequate. Your group should be accessible to your customers.

Is there half shelf available for the utility drawer or meat pan drawer? Or some type of supportbracket? The drawer is currently sitting on one of the main shelves. Thank you.
