How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

OEM factory parts, I would defiantly recommend!
The Parts were new and exact fit, I spent maybe 5 minutes total on removing and replacing the agitator assembly. It might help that I am a mechanic so this was a very simple and basic repair. I decided to buy the assembly instead of individual parts due to it being cheaper for the total assembly and now I have everything new on the agitator section.

Agitator was damaged from apparent overload
With the PartSelect website instructions, I was able to take the agitator apart easily, diagnose the problem and select the replacement parts to effect the repair. The only issue I faced was the shipment damage to the repair parts, but the service department with PartSelect responded quickly and fairly to correct the damage. I have never

I am looking for the top of the agitator assembly. In the diagram it says "1". Can you please direct me to a part number.
For model number 110.27542600
Hello Kathryn, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS11741229 for the upper agitator. #1 is the Bolt, PartSelect Number PS11741866. The dispenser that fits on the top of the agitator is PartSelect Number PS12347874. It covers the bolt. The Agitator Repair Kit goes under the bolt PartSelect Number PS334622. After that it is the Upper Agitator. Hope this helps!
Do you ship to the uk and approximate cost for Whirlpool agitator? Thanks
Hi Carl, Thank you for taking an interest in our site, however, we only ship our parts throughout the continental US and Canada. We do not ship overseas. One option is to get in touch with a friend or family member in the US or Canada if you have any people here, another would be to use a freight forwarder in the US or Canada, to whom we can ship the part and who would then forward the part to you. You would need to make these arrangements accordingly. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Hope this helps!

Top load washer barely agitates
For model number GSQ9631LL0
Hi Orlanda. I recommend checking the agitator directional cogs and the direct drive motor coupling. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
Top section of agitator does not engage. Will this kit remedy this?
For model number WTW5820SW0
Hello Andrew, Thank you for your inquiry. If your agitator is not agitating, this is one of the parts that would fit the issue, you can pull the old agitator off to inspect any damage. If only the top half of the agitator is not moving, you may only need the agitator repair kit, which contains the agitator directional cogs. Good luck with your repair.
