The dispensers came quickly and I am using them. Works well to have more than one dispenser for different detergents.

Additional Detergent Dispenser
In order to easily switch detergent options (dark or delicate vs. regular), I ordered a second detergent dispenser for my Whirlpool "Load &:Go" Washer. It arrived quickly and was in great condition. Makes it much easier to switch!
To eliminate the dreaded mildew from forming in the dispenser area, I always remove the dispenser and leave this area open to dry. So far this is working great!

I have a question about the dispenser. It never tells me it needs detergent, when I look into the dispenser, it looks like what ever soap is in there is watered down from the water that comes from the top of the dispenser. About 2 months ago I was getting codes and it was still under warranty for another month. Man replaced the drawer and dispenser. It seemed like it worked for a short time. Does the dispenser need a seal of some kind?

Hello Jacki, Thank you for the question. We are not showing a seal for the dispenser, however you may have a defective Water valve that is allowing water to leak into the dispenser when not running. We hope this helps!
The laundry soap dispenser stopped dispensing soap. Is there a way to fix it, or do I need to replace the entire blue unit? I have tried to empty it and wash it out, but it still is not working.
For model number WFW92HEFBD0
Hello Wendy, thank you for contacting us. We suggest you first check whether the detergent dispenser is not clogged in any way. If it is not clogged, you may need to replace the detergent dispenser, part number PS3418101. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

The blue insert that hold liquid detergent fills back up with water so I dont know when to refill detergent. It never says its low anymore. I cannot tell that there is a clogged tube. Maybe the o rings have gone bad and leaking back. Would I just have to replace the blue insert or part that holds the drawer in and has wiring attached to it also?
For model number MHW8200FC0
Hello Lisa, Thank you for the question. We suggest replacing the Nozzle Inlet (insert) and the hose the Nozzle connects to. If this did not fix the issue, you may have a defective Flowmeter. We hope this helps!
