This filter, commonly referred to as a range hood filter, is an original manufacturer-sourced part designed for use with range hoods. It is responsible for capturing and filtering grease, smoke, and other emissions generated during cooking. The filter traps these contaminants, to help maintain a clean and healthy environment. Over time, the filter can become saturated, or damaged, rendering it ineffective. A worn down or dirty filter will result in poor air quality, unpleasant odors, and inadequate airflow. You can find the filter under the range hood. Remove the fasteners holding the old filter in place and pull the filter out from its housing. Thoroughly clean the housing and align the new filter with the mounting brackets before securing it in place with the fasteners. It is recommended to replace the range hood filter to extend the longevity of your range and maintain good air quality in the kitchen. Each order includes 3 filters for your convenience.
