I punched through my last door bin and had to find a new one fast. Finding it was easy enough, just matched the serial number in my fridge to the websites part search and found the right one, easy! What wasn't easy was it took a month to ship a piece of plastic to me. By the time it arrived I had already evolved my fridge ecosystem to work without it and it was a pain getting everything reorganized. I still give 5 stars because it was the right bin and it was in perfect shape when it arrived and fit perfectly. Seriously though, a month, forgot I ordered the thing. Speed up your ship times!! My fridge had transcended by the time it arrived!!

I received the door bin broken. Someone put a plastic shelf into a box with no padding and shipped it across the country. It came broken, of course. The gentleman who assisted me in customer assistance was very helpful. He told me how to return the broken part and ordered the new part, using a different shipping method so I would receive it more quickly. I don't understand why the bin had to be returned. I thought maybe I could have taken a photo of it. Instead, I had to go acoss town to find a FEDEX store to return it. It took a half an hour over, and a half an hour back. Otherwise it was an easy process. Just unnecessary. A little bubble wrap would have saved everyone a lot of trouble.
