Freezer stopped working
Main control board display not working properly. Unplugged freezer removed old board using flat scraper and simply plugged in new board. Plugged in freezer and go to go. Awesome company!

need the defrost control board
For model number 253.28052806
Hello Bart, thank you for writing. Based on the Model you have provided, we do not find a defrost control board. We do find the Defrost Heater PartSelect Number PS426768. The defrost heater heats the evaporator in the defrost mode of operation to keep the cooling coils from frosting over. The thermostat must be replaced when replacing the defrost heater. We also find the Defrost Thermostat PartSelect Number PS2350702. The defrost thermostat is used to regulate the appliances temperature to keep the refrigerator cold and constant. We have an installation video for you to access. We hope to hear from you soon.
On my Kenmore up right freezer, my door ajar light and alarm comes on and off a lot. My freezer is level, my compressor keeps the food frozen. There is a good suction when you open the door. Can this problem be with the freezer electronic control assembly. Thanks David
For model number 25328432810
Hi David,
Thank you for your inquiry. Usually it does indicate that there is a problem with your control board. I would suggest unplugging your appliance for a couple of minutes and then plugging it back in. If the alarm still persists you will need to call a repair technician. Good luck!
