Switch and Burner went out.
Replaced switch by according to video with no issues, Terminals were nearly identical as the new switch.

The terminals on the new burner were not located in the same position as the terminals on the old burner. I had to reference the wiring diagram to locate the correct wire to terminal location. There was not enough slack in the wires to position the new burner in the same position as the old burner. I had to rotate the new burner so the wires would reach. This cause me to have to rotate the warming burner because rotating the new burner, the terminals interfered with the terminals on the warming burner. I also had to reposition some of the wires so they would not contact the burner and terminals.

Received new part (infinite control switch) for large burner on Kenmore range. Prongs in back are different than old part. Not sure if part was updated or i received wrong part. If part is correct i need to figure out where the wires on the old prongs go on the new part.

The front left burner on my oven is stuck on high. What part do i need to replace?? i'm guessing it's the thermostat? or possibly the element?? any thoughts?
For model number LGEF3045KFH

Hello David thank you for your question. If the element is stuck on high that means that the switch that controls the burner is not functioning properly. You will want to replace the surface burner switch that controls that burner. Good luck with your repair!

My stove top & oven still isn't working after replacing the terminal block & the electronic control broad. What else could it be? Any suggestions?
For model number 79094359701

Hi John, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking all the wiring. A mouse may have got in and chewed some wires, or it may have shorted out. Other then the terminal block and the wiring there is no one part that would control the top and the oven. The control board controls the oven and each cooktop burner has its own control switch. The switches and the board all hook into a wire harness. If the new terminal block didn't fix the issue, I would look at the wire harness. Hope this helps!

One of the cooktop burners isn’t working (getting hot)- all other burners work. I think it’s a switch but does each burner have their own switch or is there one switch box for the whole stove?

My front right dual burner switch continuously clicks trying to control the on time for the burner(s). It does this in both the single (inner) burner and dual both burner position. Only the outer burner heats and controls. The inner burn will not not turn on. How do I know or check to see if it's the dual burner or the switch? All other burners work properly.

Hello Howard, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the element for continuity. The Element should read closed. You can also remove the elements and look for brakes or burnt spots on the ribbon cable or in the element. We hope this helps!
