Which motor is controlled by this capacitor, and where is this capacitor located?
For model number LFC25770SB
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. The capacitor is located near the main control board in the back of the refrigerator and it controls the compressor motor. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

A fairly loud throbbing noise can be heard (being loudest inside the refrigerator compartment) which lasts for about 4 seconds and then the evaporator fan motor immediately comes on. The throbbing noise is precisely the same each time in tone and length, the noise stops, and then the evaporator fan motor immediately comes on.I installed a new evaporator fan motor and a new pcb main control board, but this did not stop the noise. also, i accessed the rear of the refrigerator to make sure that the condenser fan motor and compressor were not the source of the throbbing noise.
any ideas?

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. If you are getting a noise from the refrigerator, you will need to check the capacitor and the noise damper. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
