No power at all electrical outlet tested current is present
For model number Mf16h702ses
Hello James, thank you for writing. This is most likely due to a faulty Thermostat, part number PS4226431, and PS4226453. You may also want to consider the Micro Door Switch, part number PS4131192. Good luck with your repair!

Microwave just stopped heating, could it just be as easy as replacing the fuse? Or am I looking a larger problem. Thank you in advance for any advice.
For model number ME16H702SES
Hello Patrick, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the high voltage diode, part number PS4235633. It is an electrical current control device inside the microwave. It provides high voltage that powers the magnetron. You may need to replace it to fix the problem. We hope this information helps!
Aloha, Is this fuse a slow blow please? I have this style convection oven in our RV mounted in above the range in a 2003 Rexhall Vision. When I open the convection door on the inside right there is a panel where I can see the heating bulb. My question is, can I access the fuse by opening up this panel?
For model number MC1015BB
Hello Kamakakoa , thank you for your question. We have a section on our website that has customer repair stories. Here is one that should help. "Access is via RT. SIDE Panel as you face microwave. There are three screws on the bottom right edge to loosen. After that the side panel slips down and off. the fuse is located in the rear near where the power cord comes in. It is the white ceramic tube 1/4" in dia. and 1-1/2" long. Pull it out like any fuse and replace with new one." Good luck with your repair.
