I have ice building up behind the back panel. What does this sheath do? Can i get an entire replacement back panel (defrost sensor, fan, tab thing that's supposed to keep the drain from icing up.)

I am looking for a heater coil with a thermostat, which is what I have now. Do they still make this part or do i need to purchase each and put them together?
