I found the freezer handle on your website. There was no indication I could find that the handle does NOT include the plastic insert mounting connections for each end. When I called to request a refund, the lady implied i messed up by ordering the wrong item. But then when she looked on your site, she could not find the distinction either. Eventually, she looked elsewhere (not on your public website) and found a handle with the plastic end connections. But she still claimed I ordered the wrong part, so I am stuck with shipping charges twice and once for the return. I am disappointed.
