How would i know if the balance ring or shocks. When it runs it makes noise
For model number Wf330ana
Hello Dan, Thank you for your inquiry. Check the balance ring for any visible damage or wear and tear. You can test the shocks by pulling on the ends to see if they have any resistance or come apart easily. If there is little resistance, they need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

I have a Samsung washer that started to shake violently, what can cause it to be so bad? It’s so bad that the seal on door tore and now leaks out a lot of water. Can it be the shocks or the frame deal the holds and spins the drum? Thank you for your time
For model number Wf337aag/xaa
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your question. If the washer is shaking violently, you will need to inspect the shocks. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The drum shakes violently while spinning. I have replaced the shock absorbers but it still shakes. Is the balancing ring the only other thing that can cause this? Please advise..Thank you
For model number WF431ABP/XAA-0001
Hi Gail, thank you for getting in touch. We have found that the issue is with the balance ring, part number PS4219719. The balance ring acts as a counterweight to keep the spin basket balanced as it agitates and spins. We would recommend checking the balancing ring to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
